3 months ago I went from working 60 hours a week to 50 hours. I’m losing tons in commission and probably $120k in annual revenue for my employer, but I just don’t care anymore. Im salaried, and a “professional” so I’m exempt from getting overtime. I’m sick of working through lunch and until 8:00 at night. I just ignore my boss’s judgmental looks as I leave at 5:00. But the great thing is that I’ve started losing weight! I’m down 15 lbs and feeling so much better. I’ve struggled with my weight for years, and I think a big part of it in America is the work schedule. If you’re stressed out all the time, diet and exercise just aren’t as effective. Americans get a lot of ridicule from other countries for our weight, but I think many Americans work even worse hours than I do. It’s just all just…

An hour would f’ng infuriate me.
Boss threw tantrum over 2 weeks notice
I need some advice, I'll make it as short and sweet as possible but it's still probably long lol Basically I was overworked and underpaid and my boss disagreed so I went and found a better job. Valid. I work at a restaurant and my boss usually runs the register while I run the kitchen… by myself I put in my 2 weeks one Friday morning and he seemed chill about it.. But 2 hours into our lunch rush, I was a little behind on an order ( it had less than 3 minutes left) He. Was. PISSED about it. I honestly thought he was joking because it was literally almost ready. I apologized for falling a little behind, but knew it wasn't really about the order. He proceeded to flip TF out. He paced up to me and GRABBED me on my shoulders, shoved me around and started yelling…
