Hello, I've been looking for an article talking about a companies management getting in trouble for doing something wrong for one of my college classes and haven't had any luck. I was wondering if anyone here has any articles they know of that fit this criteria.

my first ever job interview
Hello, this subreddit has taught me an awful lot, but I’m still not sure what to expect, anything i should look out for? I desperately need the job because I quit college today, so I really don’t care about pay, even though it seemed quite promising with what they’ve offered, so, any tips or tricks for my first ever interview tomorrow?
So I work in a shitty low paid warehouse job that I absolutely despise so as much as I’m all for being anti work I’m also under no illusions that I’ll still have to work until the day I die. With that being said I decided to learn something over lockdown and gain a qualification in the hopes that if I do have to suffer the torture of full time work I might at least be able to do something that pays the bills. No such luck though, even after passing a bunch of exams in the financial services industry I’ve been rejected for every job I’ve applied for because I don’t have experience. These jobs are entry level roles paying minimum wage (less than I get working my warehouse job). Honestly ain’t no point in trying anymore, should’ve spent the money I put into exams and study on a…
‘A nurse with breast cancer is having to continue working through a 12-week course of intensive chemotherapy in order to keep up with the cost of living‘ * Sky News UK. A Nurse is having to complete 3 shifts a week of 12.5 hours each. As she is an agency Nurse she is not entitled to Sick leave and she hasn’t been sick for long enough to qualify for a Government Disability payment. Many companies in the UK do not pay any sick leave. The best you can hope for is a payment of Statutory Sick Pay after you have missed four days. You can get £99.35 a week Statutory Sick Pay ( SSP ) for up to 28 weeks. But may people working for agencies or on zero hour contracts simply won’t be invited to do any more work.
I had another horrible day at work….
I work part time with shift smart. It's gig work but you still get paid. I had a bad experience at work recently. The boss was unresponsive and chewed me out for sitting down when my back. It wasn't too bad though and I apologized for it (I misunderstood the time frame). I was short on money so I decided to go into the city and take two shifts. I thought I could earn $110 and have plenty for transportation and anything I needed till Friday. Plus the staff in the city was nicer last time I checked and I needed a refresher. Holy fuck things got worse. The first shift was ok but challenging. The ride cost me $36. I started quickly and they let me use my headphones. They wouldn't let me get a fountain drink which they usually do. I had to ask a man, a father,…
Kinda wondering if I should quit?
ATM I'm working as a cleaner at a shopping centre, I'm also getting paid minimum wage so I thought things would be according to minimum wage At first things where simple, clean toilets, bins, floors of the centre and any spills, we also need to have a tracker on us for them to see how much we clock on different areas of the centre, so we need to maintain a pace… but now we get even more and more things to do, travelators, lifts, glass, covid sanitation (still…) edge mopping and miscellaneous things that we shouldn't be doing… (like we gotta jump in the garden beds outside of our zones and pick up thrown bottles) Still on minimum wage and when we miss 1 thing, my boss threatens to either make things tougher or take out some of our hours, we still need to maintain the same tracked numbers… they…
