Keep up the good work, antiworkers!
I've been fascinated by this subreddit for the past year or so. I eventually joined to get its posts added to my feed. And y'all have changed me. Over the past several years, I've gone from a pretty staunch conservative to more of a right-leaning moderate. And over the time that I've been on r/antiwork, I've changed my views on some pretty important things, like unions and strikes, a strengthened belief that we need to raise the federal minimum wage (and not by just a little bit), and that the tax system we have unfairly benefits the uber-rich. I'm still to the right of most on this subreddit, and many of my comments have been downvoted to oblivion (which didn't surprise me, nor did it turn me off to this community). But I've also had some really interesting debates and discussions with the folks who are willing to spend time…
I hate the restaurant industry.
Vent; Dishwasher just quit, cook got fired for coming in drunk. Management still let every reservation through, 450 people in 3 hours. I’ve been here for 13 hours already and now have to be here another 3 probably. Not to mention I went through this same bullshit, on thanksgiving, Christmas/eve. This industry milks people dry
i hate it here so much
Guess which two Amazon picked
Labor laws Missouri
Just moved to Missouri and got a job a schmucks can they make me close then open the next day. I'm new to unions and all that I'm from Florida but I'm pretty sure they have to ask me if I want to work like.
I’m for no one but believe in my belief.
Patience and learn to have patience. Be tactical about your thinking.
