Im working on becoming a drafter but in the very far future i would hopefully like to have my own firm, I was wondering since there are so many here who have had bad experiences with bosses i was wondering if anyone could give me tips and things to avoid doing so i can be better than the shit stains that so many people in the corporate world are?
Company consistently doesn’t pay everyone for a month or two either…
Their justification is, they are charging for the cup. I asked how that is denying someone water and their response was “we aren't denying water” I asked what if I didn't have a cup? And got no response. I looked it up and I'm getting mixed responses on if this is illegal or not.
Tomorrow is obviously Christmas. It also happens to be my sons first Xmas. My job informed me at 3pm today that I would have to open and close because other people have called out and the manager herself “doesn’t want too”. I leave at 430 in the morning and it will be an almost 15 hour shift. And I’ll get home around 930 pm. I obviously said there’s no way in hell I’m doing that, especially so last minute. They all wants to sit home with their families so I get shafted for it? Yah, think again. Rant over.
