Antiwork

Long time lurker here. Something confusing me slightly about this subreddit is that it says the overall purpose is to end work. “Unemployment for all” is the slogan in the title. I'm against overworking and the insane work culture that is now prevalent all around the world. The grind. The hustle. It's all bull. People needn't sacrifice everything they have to earn a mediocre salary. People shouldn't be treated like machines. People shouldn't be valued by how loyal they are to a company. People needn't miss out on their lives trying to facilitate it. However, what do you all mean by ending work? I don't see it happening. Because what lies after that? Everyone go about singing songs? It seems a fantasy honestly. Perhaps I am being ignorant. But I would like to know more.
