Yeah, what the title says. Both of my managers have said that. (Old manager got promoted, but he still likes to come by.) The reasons why are the following: – I hate talking about my personal life. I don't think my relationship status ties in with my ability to make lattes. Why do you as my manager need to know that? – I don't come in on my days off. The group chat is muted on my day off too. I don't answer most calls or messages once I clock out. – I hate being called nicknames. My new manager, whose my age, likes to call me “girl”. She uses it as “hey girl” in texts/calls. I dislike it. You are my manager and I am your employee. That is an unbalanced dynamic. We are not friends. – I only text the group chat about work. That is the reason…

Anyone worked for Coke consolidated?
I’ve been working for coke for 5 months now. And realized that working here for $145 ($18.13 in a flat rate) a day and this Chinese overtime labor I be doing isn’t worth it anymore. The longer I’m out the less I make. Plus I knew a ex-coworker who had a CDL before working for them make only $1,800 every two weeks. I thought he made more. But no. Coke at my branch has been losing people. And I can see that working in today’s state isn’t enough. It’s like $15 an hour is like $8.25 back in 2012 when I was working retail. But prior to me getting hired. I was told that after training I would go from $145 to $172 ($21.50). But since I haven’t gotten my permit yet. I don’t see the point to getting one if Coke’s pay ain’t even a consideration to stay. Plus…
What is going on with Elon?
Has he lost his mind? Does he legit think he’s improving the company? Is he pissed he was forced to buy Twitter and is intentionally burning it to the ground? Has he teamed up with team trump to destroy it all? (trump’s childish version of taking his ball and going home) What is happening? I don’t understand anything anymore.
Hello. Help. I have a meeting scheduled with boss and bosses boss Monday. I moved within my division to same role. Instead of being general office admin, now I'm specific division office admin. My boss keeps volunteering me for tasks related to my old position. First was assigning me a research project that I already handed off to a coworker. That coworker is hard to get along with, which is why my previous managers assigned it to me. It was underhanded of them and I was happy to pass it back to coworker. Who was happy to take it back. Now they are trying to do the same thing by asking my boss if I can just do one part. My response to my boss is isn't my coworker leading this? My boss said it's just a little part, just do it. This research, this project has nothing to do…
Pizza Driver ? FYI U might Like it
Pizza Delivery Drivers Every town has at least one pizza place, which means they all have delivery drivers. When you deliver pizzas for work, there are plenty of benefits — free pies! friendly co-workers! — but there are plenty of drawbacks, too, from unkind customers to long hours. Then, of course, there’s the biggest negatives: unpaid wages and low expense reimbursements. In many industries, unpaid wages mean unpaid overtime or paychecks that bounce after receipt. However, pizza delivery drivers who work for chains like Pizza Hut, Domino’s, or Papa John's — or even small, local spots — can be affected by wage theft in a multitude of ways. Where Wage Theft Happens There are a number of problem areas pizza delivery drivers need to keep in mind to ensure they’re not experiencing wage theft, including: Low mileage reimbursement for driving their vehicle Minimum wage pay Working multiple positions in one…
