I know that people are understandably upset with the way work is in America, but I wanted to hear what people think would be an effective work system or if people should even have to work and why you think that

My company just went through some layoffs, now they want our department to individually submit our ideas on what they need to start, stop, and continue doing. I have no idea what to write and feel like I'm being put on the spot. So uncomfortable that this is not anonymous…I fear this won't end well
