Splitting renewal even those I am the only doing the work ? This company has a lot of overload work from the previous property manager, their is over 60 renewal and I have to split it with property manager and maintenance, the renewal is only $50 divided by 3 is 16, I feel a bit overwhelmed, and I think is unfair to do all alone, I’m even just telling them they can have the renewal and I can skip out, is this legal in corporate, what kind of rules is this ?
