So my wife just started a new job in a new field last month. She is now a pharmacy technician. In Georgia USA. She gets paid every two weeks and as the title says she got paid regular hours not 1.5x for her 16 over time hours. She is not a salaried employee. Is there something else that might exempt her from overtime pay?
hi. so i’m quitting my job at a manufacturing company. i put my two weeks in and was informed that i’d have to back my sick time that i’ve used this year since i haven’t accrued it yet. though my paycheck says i have the full amount. is this legal? i’ve already been paid for the sick time i’ve used, but they’re requiring me to pay it back on my last paycheck. why would they tell me on my paycheck i had the amount if i didn’t ? new hampshire, united states
