just a disclaimer, I understand work can suck and business owners can be dicks BUT…….. I have been reading many posts in this subreddit, and it seems that many people in this fourm that have really really shitty experiences with bosses is because they work menial jobs that anyone can do. (this is not an insult) I have found when you work jobs that almost anyone can do… warehouse, fastfood ect ect people treat you as disposable because you are. (well maybe not as much anymore) In this world I dont think a person working at a warehouse or delivering packages for amazon is ever going to get the respect they deserve at work, because anyone can do their job.
