Edit: Occasionally my boss with send videos on the group on how to perform certain tasks. I don't watch them since I am not on the clock. When I am in the next day they expect me to know the content of the video. Is that legal?

Oppositional Defiant Boss – Advice?
New boss at a company I really like. Guy is brilliant, probably on spectrum of some sort. He’s 100% oppositionally defiant. Has no opinion on anything until someone else does. Have come to find out he will straight up lie to try and make a point. How do you work for someone that will take the opposite stance on something just because, AND lie to make a point?
Recently YouTube announced a change in its tos that will lead to it gaining the ability to steal money from content creators if their videos are demonetized. There is a button to click agree for the tos changes. We want everyone to refuse to click the button to see if we can get YouTube to back down on this change. So, given what happened with Hasbro
I'm sure at least some of you are aware of what is happening with dungeons and dragons right now, and how the massive canceling of subscriptions has caused them to back down. My question is this: given that we have now seen what unity and the withholding if our dollars can do to a multi billion dollar company, why are we not using this same strategy elsewhere?

Hi to whomever reads this, Does anyone know how to tell if you are on an employment black list. My pervious employer got hacked and they tried blaming me for and fired me. It has almost been a year now and things really just do not add up. I am pretty sure I was black listed. Thanks
