I am 18 and this is my first job. I got a part time overnight stocking position at a certain blue grocery retailer. I am schedule 38 hours a week and soon 40. I don't have any full time benefits despite having been working full time for two weeks. I talked to my coach about it tonight and he said that partime and fulltime are just statuses and that I can look into becoming full time in 90 days. I'm really confused by this because with everyone else I've talked to this shouldn't be happening, and I talked to a couple part time coworkers and they do have actual part time hours. Any advice?
