Part time job asking for documentation of second job (internship)? And suddenly says there is a rule about having to work weekends?

Manager at PART TIME job at Sally’s beauty says that it is required for me to work at least one weekend day (Friday or Saturday) every week when it was previously communicated that I can only work 3 days a week (Tuesday’s, Wednesday,thursdays) due to my internship. I literally cannot work outside the days I provided her due to my internship! I’ve communicated to her of my lack of availability on both those days she said I “was required” to work and that I am not able to because of my second job; in response she said she must have documentation of my other job? I’ve been trying to look at California labor laws to see if this is even legal of her to make this request. I agreed to working THREE days, not 4 as my schedule literally does not allow it. I’ve been trying to look at California labor laws to see if this is even legal of her to make this request. I agreed to working THREE days, not 4 as my schedule literally does not allow it. In my understanding of a part time job, it’s literally a way to work with a certain/flexible schedule to do other obligations, even second jobs!! Am I crazy or wrong and what the fuck do I say? Is she just intimidating me to work extra?
