I just learned that my bonus is worse than last year's, even though I got additional responsibilities since the person who handled it resign 9 months ago. Before that I had to handle covid-related matter in the workplace that got me infected in the end. I won't claim I'm a good worker. I mess stuff up from time to time (in my defence, my workload is a lot because I have more than one supervisor who gives tons of task). I won't even bother disputing it since management will nitpick.
I've been applying jobs elsewhere left and right but no response. Almost everyday I feel stuck, not just career-wise but also in life in general.
