Post covid we have been required to spend 40% of a fulltime work week in office as opposed to working from home, under the guise of promoting face to face team interaction and guidance (for a telephony based role where noone talks to each other)
Besides that our specific team manager is a part time manager (which is just so pointless) and imho a part time manager shouldnt be a thing and completely defeats the purpose of a management so here we are monday morning were all made to come in the office spend our wages on transport leave the house two hours early for our TL to be working from home as they are part time
What an absolute fucking joke, A how does a part time manager effectively manage a team when they arnt their half the time
B why you not in the office when all your team is.
