I got pulled into a meeting because I laugh too much, too loud at work. Plus I talk and finish on time too frequently.
I got my “final” meeting today.
I was politely offered that based on their feedback I can take a 25% pay reduction or choose to quit.
Luckily I've been applying for jobs, my concern is that my short term employment here now will reflect poorly to those that might look to hire me.
Just to be used and spit out I guess.
