No. I still have to do all the same shit to the same standard. Depending on Experience is how I evaluate you as an employer. That means that I want speak to your current and recently departed staff. How about whoever left the role I'll be filling, first and foremost. Depending on their experience with you as an employer, I'll let you know what it would take to put me in this job.
