I’ll start off with this job was actually pretty alright except the pay.I started off by processing basically sitting at a computer scanning stuff and was paid 15.50 but was later moved on to breakdown where I would carry heavy boxes and moved stuff around the warehouse and stuff mostly relating to the warehouse side and they get paid 16.50.When I was moved to breakdown I asked for a raise as it was more work and heavier work and mind you I was also working with two other people and I was the one doing most of the stuff that needed to be done he said that’ll he’ll go up the chain and see what happens so I left it at that.I recently was fired because…

Hello this is my first time posting here I’m just wondering how I should respond to this but let me give you some background.
I’ll start off with this job was actually pretty alright except the pay.I started off by processing basically sitting at a computer scanning stuff and was paid 15.50 but was later moved on to breakdown where I would carry heavy boxes and moved stuff around the warehouse and stuff mostly relating to the warehouse side and they get paid 16.50.When I was moved to breakdown I asked for a raise as it was more work and heavier work and mind you I was also working with two other people and I was the one doing most of the stuff that needed to be done he said that’ll he’ll go up the chain and see what happens so I left it at that.I recently was fired because I was sick and had some issues like my toe getting hurt bad and couldn’t make it work.Afterwards I had some issues with my hours being wrong and paid the incorrect amount also I was asking if I was going to be paid for 16.50 since I was doing warehouse side work but my boss said pay is based on what you bring to the table not what position you hold how should I respond to that knowing I deserve that with my efforts.
