Pay Rate Difference

I’m a travel nurse that recently started a contract with a hospital. I was with HR and the scheduler the other day because there was a discrepancy with scheduling shifts. I come to find out that I am being paid less than half of the hospital’s pay rate. When I emailed my recruiter for the hospital’s pay rate, this is what they emailed me.

Overall, I am asking if it’s worth moving forward with this agency or try to create an internal contract with the facility directly? Also, is it legal to keep pay rates hidden?
