Phone app that turns my number off/silent at certain times?

I have one person at my work who keeps texting me after hours about non-urgent issues. Despite my boss emailing these people to stop texting me after hours, the same person keeps doing it. I wanted to know, is there an app similar to Google Voice, a completely different phone number, that I can turn off at certain days/times? I tried changing the settings on Google Voice to see if it would work, but it's either all or nothing. I want an app that will silence, including no alerts, M-F, after hours and on weekends. I have to have access to texting this person M-F, during work hours, so I can't block her. Since my boss sent that email, whenever she texts me after hours, she says at the end of her texts, “sorry to bother you after hours.” She knows she's the problem. Any suggestions?
