Hello.
I'm just wondering about PIPS. I was self employed for 12 years, came back and worked for a toxic company and got put in a pip around 9 months. I had never heard of a Pip before, but looked it up.
This came quite soon after I complained to HR (lesson learned)
Up until this point there was never any mention of poor performance.
I decided to resign as I was completely stressed in life and couldn't deal with the extra stress.
Just wondering was this right, what would you do, would you argue it was unfair?
