I’ve been with my company for a while (longer than my boss) and today they told me I get a 60 day pip (and then likely fired) or find a different role at the company. I am 4 1/2 months pregnant. My company knows this. If I can’t get another role I will have to take the pip and hope someone will hire me at a new company 6 months pregnant. I didn’t bring this up to my boss but I wish I had. I can’t believe they would do this after how long I’ve been there. Wish me luck.
