Has there been a model before for a sting operation against businesses that chronically violate labor laws?
They fucked up legally so many times with me and I didn't realize I could go for them legally. Also my coworkers. I quit so probably can't do much now.
They will fuck over every new employee though. Say I recruit someone to apply and get hired. With the knowledge they will get fucked and they need to be in on the fight. The money won will be theirs but I'd hope for a donation to get another lawyer to rinse and repeat. (I think I can get money for the initial lawyer and battle)
Has this model been done before?
