Hi everyone,
I work at a small family business.
One of my colleagues is the son of the boss, and i have got some others who are part-time.
Son of the boss does less than the bare minimum, doesn't follow protocol, and worst of all: doesn't do what he promises to do.
So I end up getting regular extra work every single week. Part times all start on monday, but by the end of the week they disappear. Add on top of this the work that's done badly/not done at all by bosses son.
I'm trying to leave but so far none of my interviews ended with me being hired.
I'm tired, burned out, have zero motivation for most days…
Please give me some survival tips!
