I've been at my current job almost a year now, so I havn't seen this yet, but there is a meeting coming up where EVERYONE must be there.
From what i've been told, these “All hands on deck” meetings basically boil down to a big Finger Pointing contest: A “YOU guys need to do XYZ better” kind of thing. Basically blame everyone else except yourself.
So…how should I comport myself?
My first instinct is litereally come in with a big box of popcorn and treat it like the circus it will be, but I'd love to hear ideas.
