Please share some evil ways that HR tortures the colleagues

Our HR tried to intimidates people to get her respects from others or fooled others. Do you have similar or worse experiences? Scene 1: We were forced to have an unpaided dinner with a new salesperson on Tuesday. HR ordered 1 carton box of beer on Saturday so that we can bring the beer to the restaurant. Express delivery called my colleague who didnt know he was the receiver of the package on Sunday for arrival of beer. My colleague didnt pick up the phone from strangers. The HR called him to go to the office to take it. My colleague refused to do so since it was weekend and his name and phone was written some package which he didnt get notice in advance. In China, service of express delivery is convenient. It has no problem to call them to take back and deliver on Monday without any resent…

Scene 1:

The HR called him to go to the office to take it. My colleague refused to do so since it was weekend and his name and phone was written some package which he didnt get notice in advance. In China, service of express delivery is convenient. It has no problem to call them to take back and deliver on Monday without any resent from express delivery. On Monday, HR wrote my colleague a mail to accuse him of not taking the responsibility of supervisor when the company needs him( 6 mail back and forth)

Scene 2:

Another colleague(10 years in this company) needs a new notebook but HR(1 year in this company) desproved since this colleague didnt fill in a form on 10th of that month which this colleague never knows there is this routine. This colleague tries to explain her situation by mail. HR kept critizing her not knowing the rule. This colleague cannot put up with this and wrote mail CC to boss to demand document to support this so called rule. After 2 days, HR makes the notice and provide the new notebook like nothing happened. Later on, when discussing this matter among colleagues, 1 mentioned that HR asked everyone of us whether stationery is needed except this colleague.(I worked in a different place from this colleauge; It's a company of 14 people)

Scene 3:

Meeting minutes of conversation with HR was made of 20% of what 1 colleague mentioned and 80% of what company wants to accuse. Explaination of this colleague was ignored to weakened by zooming in the mistake (economic loss is about 400USD)and zooming out the difficulty of the circumstance. HR requested this colleague to sign the meeting miute otherwice it will be posted on the wall on the aftertoon of the day before 10 days of vacation. This colleage refused. The 1st day after vacation, HR posted the meeting minutes on the wall. After another 1 week, HR asked again whether this colleague will sign and threatened again to post another version with HR's singature. 1 day later, another version was posted on the wall.

Scene 4:

A video training after work was notified in short notice by consultant. The consultan advised I'd better attend so I shortened my personal activity. HR was in this training too. After the training, I wrote OT period(1 hour) to her(HR is not my boss, the reason I wrote is she record attendence) and she rejected. She thinks I was trained and benefit from this, I should be grateful.(I was in the training because consultant thinks HR needs company because she was newcomer) At 11 in the night, HR told boss doesnt agree this OT( HR invented this), etc. The next morning, I wrote to HR and CC to boss i dont need compensation of this OT but in the future my activity after work shall always prevail. After 1 month, our boss wants all of us to attend a welcome dinner for a tech director. I didnt show up.

Scene 5:

HR always speaks 50% of Chinese and 50% of English to the colleagues who dont understand English. Sometimes the proportion is even more. Most of the time, she mentioned boss's name in the contents that HR wants to convey. Other colleagues dont understand and confuse, but stay silent also because boss's name was mentioned.

Scene 6:

Welfare was worsen since HR suggested new annual leave(less) policy. But HR chitchated with others that it was not she that made this( She meant the boss). She didnt want this happen,etc. The majority of colleagues work over 10 year in this company know it was not.
