After almost 4 years working from home my workplace is requiring all staff to go back to office attendance.
All our meetings will still be through teams, we will not have set desks, it's 4 hours away. I'm not doing that lol.
My last paragraph so far reads;
“Given the strain on my work/life balance, the costs and the negative effects on my mental and physical health, if the position had changed and we are no longer able to perform our work duties remotely then unfortunately I will need to hand in my resignation”
I don't want to say the very last part though, I want it to be more of a threat. Like if this is enforced then I'm leaving but in a professional manner. Without that “will need to hand in resignation” as I feel like they would take that as me quitting straight away….
