I have a very lucrative seasonal job that’s coming to an end and I’ve heard from a very reliable source that if you file for unemployment, you will not be welcome back the next year and while it is a restaurant job and those are a dime a dozen I did make $50,000 in three months there. Should I just ask via email who do I report the retaliation to and what will be the outcome? If they’re in the wrong will I get paid?
