Possibly quitting a job that needs me

Well, “need” is probably a bit of an overstatement, because as we all know, companies can and will replace anyone. But they definitely depend on me for a LOT. I’m in a position where, if I am to leave, chaos will ensue. I don’t care about the company, but I care about my team and I hate the thought of them suffering as a result of my leaving. At the same time, this company has treated me poorly. 7 people have had my position and left in the past 5 years, and the ones in charge have never stopped to ask themselves if they are to blame. I have told them I’m looking elsewhere because they won’t give me a raise otherwise. I have a list of demands that I need fulfilled if I am to stay, but after all the crap I’ve been through here, I don’t know if…
