Wanted some opinions here.
My work place has 2 probation meetings one at 3 months the other at 6 months. After your second meeting you are a permanent staff member.
I completed my 3 month meeting with the only feedback being that I'm “a bit loud on the phones”
So alright I guess.
I've had no disciplinary actions or been called in for not meeting standards/deadlines/ect.
Out of the blue my boss has organised a pre-probation meeting 3 days before the meeting…
I've spoken yo my colleagues and non of them had a pre-probation meeting.
Am I overthinking this here or does this seem like bad news brewing for me?
