What’s the point of this? A company I applied for sent me a link to record myself answering pre-recorded questions. This whole process feels like it will waste more time for job applicants but cut time short for recruiters. I feel like it makes us put more effort and work just to apply. Is this better or worse than automated machines that scan our resumes to deny or approve for recruiters to take a 2nd look? Idk man applying to jobs feels like a part-time job now
