We all know many employers DGAF about fairness but the “Pregnant Workers Fairness Act” went into law on June 27th, 2023. Frome time to time I see posts in here where pregnant workers get mistreated. They can now file a complaint with the EEOC. PWFA Anyways, just thought i would share with yall.
