Hi everybody.
I am an architectural designer, and a regular immigrant, in the US.
I am trying to pass my ARE 5.0 in order to get licensed, and one of my previous boss, the one who actually sponsored me for the green card, does not want to approve my 6 years experience at his firm.
I actually don’t need them, but I don’t think it’s fair.
Also, there’s a strange silence after I asked about the 401k’s info I was supposed to have as a benefit when I got hired.
What can I do?
