Wanted to share this story and get opinions. I applied to a position in a different department, a lateral move. Currently, I like my coworkers, don't like the work. I wanted to possibly get some better work experience before I eventually leave the company. The interview was rescheduled like three times, including the day before it happened, and the location changed on the day of. I nailed the interview questions, but the guy who interviewed me knew nothing about the position and could answer none of my questions. He implied it went well so I assume I'll get an offer, but I have basically nothing to base my decision on. I've heard mixed things, but I generally think it might be the right move, but it seems disrespectful to give me so little information, as if the position itself hold such high value they don't even need to attempt to sell me on it.
