Hey guys, I was promoted recently, and was given a bump in my salary. It's nice and all, but the official wording was that I'd get the full increase in 4 months time. Until then, it's just half of it. Is this normal? I can't seem to find anything remotely close in Google, and I can't shake the feeling like the company's up to something.
