While I’m employed now, I’ve gone through periods of desperation and frustration with job searching and managing my own job performance. Earlier in my career search, I sent countless resumes with no response. As an employee, I’ve also reviewed thousands of resumes that didn’t convey the person’s experience in a way that tied back to the job they applied for.
I wanted to share a framework I’ve used to get interviews that have lead to job offers and help others get jobs in various industries such as tech, finance, healthcare, and media. It’s not bulletproof, however, I’ve seen it generate results. I suppose this same framework could be used as you structure your interview responses as well.

Your resume should convey the following-
•How you made the company money
•How you saved the company money
•How you helped scale
•The problems you solved
