Why would I? Why would anyone? You want me to care as much about your company as you do while your employees are on pace to never retire… while you bring in the big bucks? Yeah right… Boomer CEOs are in for one hell of a ride when their boomer employees can’t work AND can’t retire… I give it 5-10 years before these old guys heads start spinning and companies start crashing left and right.
