i came across demand (“pushed softly” by repeating asks) to take kind of psychological test at work, which assigns some psychological type of employee. Is it legal to demand that from employee? Also, is it legal to refuse to take this test, and what would be the justification for this?
Had bad conversation with direct manager, as I stated that this is not part of my job and this is not written in job contract, and if this is not written there, shouldn't be interpreted in favor of the employer. Boss shaped my as “toxic person” who made a problem from nothing and said “i made conclusions about you”.
I am feeling upset, because I consider such tests to break my privacy and personal life, I don't like employer to digging in my head and analysing who I am and such intervention makes me feeling that I am sheep who follows stupid orders just to demonstrate loyalty and following corporate shit. Feeling like I am a slave. This completely destroys motivation to work
have somebody experienced similar situations? How have you tackled this?
