Question, and I’ll assume the answer is they can do whatever they want because we all live in a capitalist hellhole of a society at least here in America – I’m an employee in Pennsylvania for context. Can your job force you to take PTO for all sick days/doctors appointments and remove it from already requested days off for things like upcoming vacation days? What’s more, are they allowed to then tell you you can’t take those vacation days because you’ve already used all your PTO? Thanks.
