PTO Option

Work is considering changing our PTO regarding our SICK days, not vacation, and is asking for our input. Do I want 7 days and they get cashed out annually if I don't use them or do I want 10 days that are use it or lose it? I'm in good health so I'm not too worried about reaching the maximum days allotted. No kids. Parents getting older but currently in good health.
