My job gives us 15 days of PTO – 14 for personal use, 1 for a “mandatory PTO day” on the friday after thanksgiving. Stupid, but whatever, they gave use 15 days for that reason. They just announced that next year, the amount of mandatory days jumps from 1 to 3. We still only get 15 days – but now only 12 of them are for personal use, 3 are “mandatory” apparently it's legal but I'm still fucking mad about it
