Punished for Efficiency

My manager believes I should be working 45-50 hours a week because “everyone else” in my department is doing it. There’s only one other efficient employee in my department, and the other three are painfully bad at their jobs. How can I make the best argument for not working more OT? I have two young children and a wife who also works full time – I can’t justify putting in 2 hours of OT every night.
