Punished for FMLA leave

As the title says I’m currently being punished for using fmla leave after the death of father and a recent mental health diagnosis that kept me out of work. The company I work for has paid fmla leave and I have everything checked off by the doctor and filled out but it’s about a week until I come back from it and hr and my direct manager had a meeting with me over the phone about “expectations” and told me when I return I cannot use any paid time off for the rest of the whole year (the company claims to have unlimited time off). They told me they can no longer pay me the same and that if I take any sick days or anytime off for the rest of the year and possibly next year I could be disciplined and fired. I was also told that one of my days where the doctor had to extend the time away will count as a no call no show even though it’s covered under an fmla day and I can be punished for it when I come back. All this was great to hear even when I’m on leave still and gives me a huge amount of anxiety coming back.

What can I do?
