Put 2 weeks, denied PTO

So, I put in my two weeks notice yesterday at my job. I work hourly, at-will, and 40 hours a week. I also live in Missouri. Today I put Paid Time Off (PTO) because I had 13 hours accrued and it was denied. I was given the official policy stating during the resignation period employees aren't allowed to request PTO. Also, it will not be paid in the last paycheck unless required by state (MO is not required to). Here's a reminder to take PTO BEFORE you quit haha. I'm just going to not clock in that day I was going to take. Here's a question though, if I just up and quit before my two weeks, can they deny my mileage reimbursement?
