Got my first new job in the field I got my degree in. I currently work for a large company that regularly pats itself on the back for being one of the top voted best companies to work for, even though the turn over rate is ridiculous.
I worked through the pandemic, I worked all the way through college, I gave them my 2 weeks at the start of the month and they chose to schedule me until the end of the month. They said that “was the date HR notified them for.” Come to find out that 2 managers chose to have vacations this week.
My last day was supposed to be Friday. So my question is do I quit now, or Friday?
