My company is publicly listed 40B marketcap. Overall its a good company to work for. Pay is decent and benefits are decent too. My management team always tries to help employees. Today i received an email from my manager asking to let my team know about donation vacation hours for those who are not able to work after having personal problems. I completely disagree. I have heard upper management say before that we ” are a billion fucking dollar company”.
Well i wont be asking my team to donate their vacation since we are a billion dollar company.
