Qualified person -> moves to a new country -> (due to language barrier) needs to work at a warehouse job where employees are seen as machines – Is there anything I can do about it?

Hey guys. Here's the situation of my suffering: In my home country, I was working as 3d modeler/architecture visualizer. I used to freelance simultaneously but since it's a creative field, you can not rely on contract works only so you definitely need a full time job, based on my experience and that was my experience in my country. My wife is from another country (she also works in artistic fields) and it'd be easier for her to find a job if we moved to her birthcountry, which we did. We had some savings to rely on until we're completely settled in, but it melted away so fast. We're living in Germany, and while young generation can speak English very well, older generation and business owners don't. I can read and write in German but the problem is I speak it at A2 level due to not having chance to practice…

Hey guys. Here's the situation of my suffering:

In my home country, I was working as 3d modeler/architecture visualizer.

I can read and write in German but the problem is I speak it at A2 level due to not having chance to practice it, which is not enough to work at a place where immediate communication is needed.

I applied over 400 jobs since we came here, was contacted by many recruiters, but all of them ended with no hiring, and some of them clearly stated that the reason was the language, even though my skillset was a complete match.

I got so desperate, applied for warehouse jobs as well and got hired by one of them. I worked at warehouses before, I don't mind physical work at all but this place makes me want to commit suicide for real. There's constant crunch, upper management look down and has no issue with using bad words when they talk to you, traveling to work and to back home takes at least 3 hours of my day. If you drink water at work (something that would take 10 seconds right?) you're literally being punished for it. Not literally, but the items I need to scan/move around pile up so much, you wouldn't believe how dystopian the whole situation is. Beside all of these, yesterday I've been told that my workload will be doubled in 2 days and I called it out: You guys are understaffed but they just said “We work package per hour” whatever that supposed to mean, clearly a sign of they don't care if you're overworked or not.

My question is: What can do in this situation? I need a job, but this one makes me so depressed, I honestly started feeling suicidal. Any feedback would be appreciated.
