I work in the finance sector remote and the environment at work is already pretty toxic. It went downhill pretty fast since we have a new management. They are forcing employees to go back to the office after a 5 year 100% remote situation. They have not decided yet if it will be 1 or 3 days a week at the office. My question is have you ever experienced this situation? Will the work environment gets better?
