Hope this is the right place for my answer. We're in Canada and I think there might be abit of discrimination at work. please let me know what you think.
We work in an industry that requires lots of training as the technology we work with basically changes every year. One employe which is seen as a minority has never got ANY training since he's been hired. He's been here almost 2 years. Newer hires that have been working here less 2 years have gone to multiple trainings. When we bring up the situation to the management , they say we don't send him to training because we don't see advancement. But with no training how can he advance ?
