I work for my father and uncle(dads brother)
Im in the process of moving on from the business.
In the short term something that promised to me that is no longer on the table.
I need some advice and i maybe in my own head about this. Im worried i wont mix in well with the new environment.
Am i right to be konda scared? I can tell you my dad is one of the tuffest people ive ever worked for so working with the boss isnt my concern its working with people who didnt work with there for the last 10 years
Idk anyone in RL whos experiencing this sort of this i think i just need perspective.
